Yizkor Book of Remembrance

Each year, Chevrei Tzedek publishes a book to remember loved ones for use at the Yizkor services.
Please submit names for the Yizkor Book no later than September 1, 2025.

You can submit names and payment online or complete this form and send a check payable to Chevrei Tzedek 3101 Fallstaff Road, Baltimore MD 21209 ATTN: Treasurer.

Please make sure you list the name(s) of the people exactly as you would like them listed in the book.
Please indicate how you would like your name(s) to be listed.
We request a donation of $18 for the first 10 names, and $10 for each additional name (see requested donation chart below)
